Our Staff

Janet Burch- Director and Preschool Teacher

Janet has worked with children for 40 years and has been at Inverness Early Learning Center 18 years.  God created each of us as an individual- Janet loves working with the children as they learn and grow spiritually, emotionally and physically.  Janet feels it is important to be nurturing, encouraging, and flexible as our learning center helps the students to develop into the tremendous human beings God intended!  Always REMEMBER "Learning is Messy!"

When Janet is not working at Inverness she attends EFMC a church in Edgemere where she has worshipped for over 30 years. She has also taught the Joybells class at her church and works in the nursery on Sunday mornings.

In her “spare” time you will find her spending time with her growing family. Janet and her husband Roger have three sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and wonderfully active grandchildren!  Janet also loves working in her flower garden!  She has found there is no better place to talk with Jesus, work things out, and to find peace and comfort in her heart.
